Hi, the trip went: Kiel- via Kiel-Canal to Bremerhaven, Hamburg, then again Kiel-Canal, Kaliningrad (Russia), Riga (Latvia) to Kiel and as a bonus back to Bremerhaven. Was very nice again, even the ship is one of the smaller ones around :-)

Hey, yes I do travel by ship when I have the possibility, it's a nice and convenient way to travel and also go shipspotting, for a moderate price

Good question, I wish.. well good planning is all I can do, as I work 42 hours a week, and yearly vacation is 20 days - not more !! A trip on a containerfeedership has a duration of around 1 week - or, when long - 14 days. That's easy to do for all working-folks.
