Yesterday I accidentally spotted this MURMAN 3 (with blue hull) here in Kaliningrad, she wasn't shown on Marinetraffic. Although I could clearly see an ex-offshore ship but had difficulties understanding her current type. On the web it seems she's a crabber or something like that.

Interesting to note that fore & aft top lights are located at such close distance to each other (despite at much of height difference), here from this angle at night they would appear almost as one above the other, probably giving difficulty to understand the vessel is going much to the right than directly on you. I thought there are some rules regarding the minimal horizontal distance between the fore & aft top lights - that's why it was common to see on pre-2000s offshore ships a foremast standing right at the bow tip.
