Description:

I note with interest the white davit attached at the block end to a hatch cover. Is that into the anchor/chain locker or is it's removal for preventing the buildup of dangerous gases?
Also, how many cables of hawser laid out on deck?
What would the bell be used for on the vertical mast?

The crane will just be a stores crane. At 1.5t SWL it isn't that strong so I would take a guess and say the hatch goes into the bosuns store & paint locker.
It's rope flaked out on deck not hawser. Hawser is usually used in off take operations due to its durability and strength. Rope is not measured in cables chain is.
The bell is required under rule 35 of the Collregs. Your own research will explain the requirements for the bell.
