The 2010 Wuhan built Dolphin 57 type bulk carrier UM ELHANAYA, which was launched as VALE, is seen swinging in the River Mersey this morning to stem the tide for her approach to Langton lock, Liverpool, at the end of a voyage from Vietnam via Salerno and Leixoes with a cargo of steel plate and coils.
