Description:

The 1970 Galatz (Romania) built ANEMOS passing Hoek van Holland, outbound from Rotterdam, on 27th May 1975 on charter to Temaris Line. She had arrived at Rotterdam from Istanbul and was bound for Rochester, from where she sailed on 31st May for Benghazi (Libya).

She was launched as NANJI, possibly for NAVROM, but delivered to Greece as NIKOLAOS KONTARAS.

In 1973, she was purchased by Dalex Shipping (G.Dalacouras) to trade as ANEMOS, then in 1979 renamed MICHALIS.

In May 1985, MICHALIS was sold at Flushing to (it seems) Aero Maritimes Ltd. of Karachi and renamed MANJEE MOON, as which she departed from Ceuta on 23rd January 1986 but soon ran aground near El Puerto de Santa María in the Bay of Cádiz and was towed into port by the local tug SERTOSA VEINTICUARTO (IMO 8506921) on 7th February 1986. She was then condemned for breaking and scrapped locally.
